Terms of service
Last updated 13 July 2026. The short version: flat fees, your data stays yours, use it honestly, and we'll treat you the same way.
The service
Foodine Cloud provides restaurant operations software — point of sale, kitchen displays, QR ordering, inventory and related tools — as a subscription. We work continuously to keep it available and fast, including offline-capable operation on your devices, but no software service can promise perfection; we promise honest status communication and quick fixes.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you configure (menus, prices, taxes) and for who you grant staff access to. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you can revoke a staff member's or device's access at any time from the dashboard.
Fees
Pricing is a flat subscription per branch as agreed at signup — never a percentage of your sales. Founding-restaurant rates are locked for the lifetime of the subscription. We give at least 30 days' notice before any change that affects what you pay.
Your data
Your restaurant's data is yours. You can export it, and if you leave, you can take it with you — we'll provide your data in a standard format on request and delete our copies per the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service to run your legitimate business. Don't attempt to breach tenant isolation, resell access, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data or the service at risk, and we'll always tell you why.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
